Federal Register summary As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that VA is modifying an existing system of records titled, "Veterans and Uniformed Services Personnel Programs of U.S. Government Life Insurance--VA" (36VA29). This system is housed within a cloud-based computer system called "Life Insurance Policy Administration Solution" (LIPAS), which is a managed service solution leveraging commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software applications hosted in the VA Enterprise Cloud Amazon Web Services GovCloud (VAEC-AWS) High environment.
